Yes, our Resident Services team is available Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. for maintenance requests. The phone number is 410-628-7700. Non-emergency maintenance requests can also be submitted through the Resident Portal. Call 410-769-7600 for emergency service after hours and weekends.

Maintenance will be available for lockouts Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. There will be no fee associated with this service. There will be a fee on Saturday, Sunday and legal holidays, a $35.00 charge will be added to your account. If the lockout occurs after 8:00 p.m. and before 8:00 a.m., the resident will need to call a locksmith and be responsible for the fees charged by the locksmith. If the locksmith changes the locks, the resident will need to supply the maintenance department with a key.

We welcome two cats at all communities. Up to one dog and one cat are accepted at select communities (see our Pets page).

The application fee is $25 per person. 
We have several options for paying your rent including online, mail, direct debit, phone, drop box and payment centers.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

You would be responsible for gas and electric. Unlike many of our competitors, there is no additional charge for water.
